2022 Pinot Noir Rincon Vineyard

A complex bouquet evokes aromas of cola, sassafras, black olive, black cherry and candied rose petal. Silky tannins frame an elegant core of red berries, spice-accented salami, and rosemary sprig. With air, the density of fruit is enhanced and the sweet, supple tannin structure offers a snapshot of the wine’s aging potential. Plenty of charm and personality in this approachable yet age-able pinot noir in a vintage that offers dense fruit now and more savory notes with time in bottle. Drink now or hold for 8-10 years.
